So sick of making phone calls to people for surveys already. This is week 2 and the 2nd day of calling. Boring! I must say again that I will probably die if I were to do calling for 8 weeks like the people in cc1. Hmm but heard that their target for a day is about 8, but ours is like 20 a day!

I heard that it was the last day for our calling. I certainly hope so. No more calling please... Haha.. Still, good experience though. BUT.. don't think I will want to work in call centres that deals with customer service, survey related stuffs or whatsoever.

Lunch at Hai Tien Lo yesterday and lunch at Keyaki today. The jap food at Keyaki is just great! Sure had a nice meal with my family. Bro shared really interesting stories about the army. Really had some good laughs. Now he knows the importance of a minute. =X

Anyway, thanks to all my friends and relatives for the birthday cards/wishes, you guys know who you are. :) My phone was flooded with messages today.. Haha.. even simple smses just brightens up my day.

Getting so nostalgic.. really miss my friends I haven't see for a long time. Keep in touch guys.

Sometimes you wish that you will always be that little kid. So happy and free to do whatever you want. You love the days when parents brought you out for outings and bought what you want. You love the days when you hang out at friends houses for projects or parties. You just thought and did everything you love. But when you get older year by year, you see the reality of life getting even closer than before. How you wished you were that little kid again..

Came home from school and saw my bro army stuffs lying around here and there and knew he was back. Mama cook more for dinner and it was quite a spread. Bro definitely had a satisfying good meal. He also was complaining that army's training isn't good. Like walking or running under the hot sun for 8km... And I know the distance will keep increasing till about 24km. Anyway, nice to see him back home again.

Chatting on msn messenger right now. Zzzzz.. Jac aka Dottie is mad today! Haha.. but congrats on her excellent results. Keep up the good work. She's is really overjoyed and that's good. Cause she kinda affecting me too.. making me happy for no particular reason. Perhaps reminiscing the days brings back happy times. Well, the letter writing days much continue on! ;)

Probably need to catch some sleep soon. Will be going for a nice lunch tomorrow with my family!

Went to watch the premier for the movie, The Myth with Clarice at Shaw Towers. We managed to reach in time at 7pm!

The movie was nice except that I didn't quite like the ending. It was touching, funny, and full of action. Well, that's what you will expect from a Jackie Chan movie. Think he's really talented in stunts.. Like some spiderman, so swift and flexible..

At the last part, saw the filming of the movie and it really isn't easy doing the 'flying' and fighting parts. Think the Korean actress got injured a few times.. Yup, really a funny show. Yes, how I wish there are free tix!!!

Later got out of the cinema and it was like woah, the whole place was packed with people. It was a human jam and think it was another premier and this time perhaps with some of the actual stars itself? Not too sure.. Then when we got out, we took pictures like some crazy people that have been to Bugis for the first time.. Haha..

I am tired. As usual nodding away in the bus again. So tired but just can't sleep in the bus. Always "jerking" away and that's irritating!

M1 client project started yesterday and mans, it is so busy and tiring. Had 7 completed surveys yesterday and had 19 today. Need to do it for about 2 weeks. Well, talked to all sorts of people. From nice and friendly, to weird and strange, and to difficult people. Some was really trying to be funny. For instance, think I surveyed this indonesian guy. Like when it came to the personal details part, he was like "Why not lets talk it over coffee?" -_-" Then there was this uncle I helped to survey for a friend yesterday saying, "You want to know my age, then you have to tell me yours first.."

Yeap so all kinds of people. Grrr.. tired of all the calling. Realised I really get bad headaches after that. Will feel a little dizzy too. Guess it's because of using the headphones for a long time. I get it when using the earpiece for my phone too.

More calling tomorrow. Save me. Haha..

Was walking towards the MRT station after my guitar lesson yesterday when I received a call from my mum. I was told that Auntie Helen fell down from the staircase and mum asked whether I wanted to go and visit her. From that call, it sounded serious. I mean, falling from right the top of the stairs!

My mum, Auntie Pauline and cousin Kim were on the NEL from Chinatown so I met them in the train at Kovan station.

So all of us went to see whether Auntie Helen was alright. Fortunately she was fine. She had bruises here and there though. Then she told us that she actually lost her balance and missed her step. So after 2 steps from the 2nd top platform, she fell. She also added that she tried gripping on or tried stepping on some steps but she kept missing. Eventually she went all the way down.

Stayed at at her place for a while. Played and talked to my cousins. Discovered too that Kim eyesight has worsen again. Think it's about 350d now and she's bearly 6.

Nothing much today. Supposed to go out but due to the bad weather, it was cancelled. It's all Xon's fault. =X Anyway, just played guild wars, watched a little tv then it was off to church and then my grandma's house.

Sigh.. can someone tell me that it is not a Monday tomorrow?

I am tired of saying I am tired, but have been feeling lethargic these days. The liveliness has been sucked out of me. This 8.30-6pm life is boring.

Actually, I have no complains in CRMSC but doing basically the same thing everyday makes me restless. Lucky we get to go on field trips or this stopover will be just as bad as ARDC. About 4 weeks to go....

I want to be the person I use to be!! More outings?!

Bro is now at Tekong. He should be asleep by now. Cause lights out is at 2230 hours. Haha. Yeah.. as seen in the pictures, he's botak! Well, he said he wanna cut his hair first before he goes in.

The whole family went to send him off yesterday. We arrived there and got to see where will he be staying, what he will be doing and also got the chance to eat an army meal.. It was chicken rice with soup and an apple. Quite alright.. It was not fantastic but not terrible. Overall environment was quite nice. It was kinda like a chalet feeling. Dad told me that the army days now is so so so much better than in the past.

Hope he is adapting well and able to take all the BMT stuffs. Yup, I know he can. He will be booking out on the 24th and then booking in 25th of this month. I know he is just counting the days.

Now that he is not around, it just doesn't seem right. Haha everyone misses him.

Role playing on the phone today was kinda fun. The 6 of us who are involved with this M1 client project had to do role-playing as part of training and practice. All of us went to the call centre at level 5 and started calling each other, practising different scenarios. Haha at the end of it, our recordings were played back and it was really funny. You can really hear the difference when you first started out and when you made the last call for the day. Starting out, you can hear pauses, laughter, miscommunication and we were also being stumped at some questions.

Haha.. Some other teacher who acted as a difficult customer, came to test us too. Everyone was like so pressured by it because the questions she asked were really out of the blue. For some, she was nice.. For some she was scary.. and for some it was kinda lame.

Well, better laugh it all out now and have fun before the real thing starts. Monday will continue with role-playing again. It is to really make us really well prepared for the actual calling. Not sure when it starts though. On hand, we still have reports to do, field-trips to go, surveys and evaluations to complete and presentations to be prepared and done. Busy, busy, busy...

Don't wanna think so much now. It's Friday! Should get some rest and just relax for a bit. Was watching television just now and Allan Wu was actually on Fear Factor! Wow.. a pretty tough competitor he is but it was a waste when he lost the final battle for like only 2 secs in time.

Countdown.. bro will be going to report to camp tomorrow. Haha.. going to army. Ahhh.. sure gonna miss him for the days he won't be around. Well, going to send him off tomorrow. Should be at P.Tekong.

To judge and criticize another for his misdemeanor is just plain violence. It is like throwing stones at a glass house without any intention to help rebuild or restore it. But to speak to a brother about his mistake, to listen to him, to put things right in his mind and heart and guide and encourage him to do what is right and good is the joyful responsibility of every Christian who looks beyond mere justice to mercy and beyond prejudice and indifference to love.

First thing I wake up every Monday morning, I will be like Sigh.. It's another week of school again... It's hard to keep the optimism.

Got a new client project to handle. A few of us from SC will be doing phone surveys for m1. Sure isn't easy as we are bound to meet with difficult customers. Well.. I will just treat it as a learning experience.

Can't believe it's Monday again! Hmm.. this week will be pretty busy. So much things to do and happening. There is BP conference, field trips, reports to do and Mel will be going to army this Sat.

Ok back to work.

Zzzzzzz.. our team presented our project to Ms Sabrina Ng in the morning and we still need to do another one for sharing session at 4pm. Zzzz.. presenting the same thing twice...

Yes, but looking forward for later as Michelle will be giving us a dinner treat near her place. Haven't seen her for a long time. So jealous it's their holidays now. Talking about that, the latest news is that the next batch of TEP students will stay for a shorter period. 6 weeks-6weeks-7weeks if I am not wrong and that is super unfair. We did 9-9-8 and we don't get any holidays after that and for them, they get extra holidays. Argh, this is so not good at all. Oh, crap.

Ok and after dinner and stuffs, will go home for a good rest. Plan to watch all the recorded shows this week.

Yes.. Table tennis action has begun once more. Nice game with Clarice and Shiya with ball flying all over the place but with great shots too.

Anyway, reports and presentation slides done. Argh, but there is a need to do a role-play of the service quality of the hotels. Script is done but our team have not act it out yet. Will probably do it soon.

Yeah and recently, the talk of a weird girl have been the latest buzz. Kinda feel paranoid after hearing stuffs from people. But it is really freaky and disgusting. About this girl with strange habits and doing lots of weird stuffs. Saw her skipping down the corridor and smiling at herself before lunch. Lots more worse and eew....
Alright alright enough about that.

Miss playing tennis. Miss lots of other activities. But it's just not the same anymore. I want back the energy, the liveliness, the fun, the company..
